Returns & Exchanges

All discounted sales are final. No exchanges or returns on discounted items. Powder Tuesday will only accept exchanges when purchased at Retail Prices. Exchanges must be processed up to 10 days of shipment receipt. All exchanges are dependent on existing stock. Exchanged item(s) must be sent back in their original packaging, unworn and unwashed. Attached with your item(s), please include a copy of your invoice and a written explanation indicating the reason the item(s) are being exchanged. Powder Tuesday reserves the right to refuse any exchanges and/or returns. Customers are responsible for the shipping charges associated with shipping the product to our warehouse. In turn, Powder Tuesday will cover the shipping fees associated with redelivering the desired item(s). Powder Tuesday recommends that all packages being exchanged be insured by their carrier when shipping. Powder Tuesday is not responsible for any packages that are lost during transit. Orders placed at retail price, will have any exchange option available, while those purchasing at a sale price are considered final sale. All processed orders shipped before the start of any sale, may not be exchanged for items at their discounted price.
